Have dealt with ebonyline for several years now. The quality of the product has definitely decline over the years the customer service is very poor. I recently ordered 3 wigs for my vacation all three were horrible. I called the company to register my complaint told there would be a 20% restocking fee. I purchased items from this vendor. My local post office did not redeliver; opened a claim with the post office and was promised delivery. Item still not delivered and returned to I have waited almost 2 months for my refund while the item sits in their post office in Chicago and they still refuse to issue a refund when it is apparent that I never received the item. Placed an order and never received it.. Called their customer service and the woman was EXTREMELY rude and said they cancelled the order without notice. DO NOT purchase from Ebonyline you'll be disappointed.

In my opinion, ebony line deserves the worst customer award of the year. Never have I experienced such a terrible service. Product inquiries does not get answered, free shipping does not work, the list goes on... How does a company stay in business with such a poor customer service? In late August I ordered several wigs from this website. Three days after I placed my order, I did not have any shipping information. I tried to get my items shipped for two weeks! First they said the "majority" of my items were not in house and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. I usually don't write reviews, but ebonyline sucks! Customer service lady gave me an attitude like she is a queen of Great Britain and i'm bothering her. She informed me that they have 700 orders and she can't go through invoices and look for mine. Not to mention that I placed an order 4 days ago. I placed an order on Friday August 26, 2016 before noon for a Freetress Equal Lace Front Wig Lace Deep Invisible L-part Julie before noon for next day delivery and was charged $31.19 in addition to the $31.09 for the wig, with tax the order came to $65.47. I learned about this company from watching youtube videos. Lesson learned be careful of whom you do business with. I ordered 2 wigs from this company on Aug 15, 2016 and five days later I noticed that I did not have a tracking number or email from them. I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. The representatives are very rude and unprofessional. You will not receive your item in the time that you were told when placing the order. When you try to speak with a supervisor, the reps will leave you on hold for an extended period of time until you get so frustrated that you will hang up.
