I ordered 6/30, #111****. I paid $20 for priority mail. I was never sent a tracking number. I sent an email on 7/6 to follow up. Today 7/7, they sent me a tracking number - 940551****345363****01. I looked it up at USPS and it only says the tracking number was created last night...IT STILL HAS NOT GOTTEN TO USPS! I asked for a shipping refund of $16.01 (since standard shipping is $3.99). They say they can't refund the shipping costs.Aaaaarrrrgggghhh!!

Have not received items!

I ordered on Thursday last week and have yet to receive information as to when my items would be shipped. I have reached out through email and text and no one has responded. This is horrible! I've never had to write a bad review and I shouldn't have to come on this site to get assistance. Especially when the warehouse is probably a 35 to 45 min drive from me. Can someone please tell me when and through which company my items will be shipped?!

No tracking no product

I placed an order 5/5/20 all I got was confirmation they took my money from card ebony online said they would send me a tracking number when order was ready to be shipped I still have not received anything from this company. I have emailed and texted daily still no response. I went to check and see if those items are still in stock on website now it's telling me same thing I ordered that was avaliable when I made a purchase is no longer in stock they are very unprofessional it only takes a minute to respond to an email or text I will never do business with this company again I just want what I ordered or refund me my money.

I have not received tracking info or order ordered 4/20/20

not able to talk to customer service. When ordering the units after paying kept getting error messages saying the order did not process and to try again later which I did 5x so I thought it might have been my credit card so I went through Paypal with no problem . when I looked @ my checking acct.I saw that all 5x had been debited to my acct .and paypal was the 6th charge 2 days later the 5x charge was credited back to my acct. paypal remained debited which is fine.The problem is I never recieved my order or a tracking #.Please respond.

When my order never arrived I had to contact Ebonyline for and update and it was then that I was told that EVERY wig that I ordered was out of stock. I was told I would have to wait 3-5 business days for them to receive the items from another manufacturer. I waited and still no update until I contacted the company again for an update. Yesterday they were still waiting for the manufacturer and I was given a second delay. When I asked for a refund earlier today, I received a response today stating that my order was with the shipping department and would take another 3-5 days to receive a tracking number. This company is a scam. DO NOT ORDER from Ebonyline. I will write a review everyday until I get my refund. EVERYDAY!!

No Updates on Order in Almost a Week

I'm a first time customer and avid wig wearer. My concern is that my questions and emails are not being answered and I'm getting no updates on my order to check if everything is in stock and on its way. I'd like to give the benefit of the doubt but little by little I'm starting to believe these awful reviews I've seen about their customer service. I placed my first order last week and have sent 2 emails. I've gone back and checked the items I purchased and half of them are now out of stock. Which I assume that means they pulled them and getting them ready for me. I'm really looking forward to the wigs I purchased and I don't want to open a dispute but if I have to I will. Order #106**** and #106****. I would hope my business would be more valued. I want an update asap

The customer service reps are rude. I had to contact them after they hadnt sent my paid in full order that had been placed days before. The representative sent a rudely blunt email basically saying to stop contacting them because they send out orders when they get ready. I still havent received my order

Have not received order

I ordered items on 4/02/2020 and have not received anything except excuses and delayed shipping dates because account to the company, I found out after they had charged me, that EVERY item I ordered was out of stock. When I contacted them to get an update on my order , that is when the excuses begin. They claimed they are waiting to receive the items I ordered from another manufacturer. Today when I asked for a refund, I received a response back, saying my order was with the shipping department and it will take another 2-5 days for a tracking number. I have asked twice for a refund but only get excuses. I will CONTINUE to send reviews EVERYDAY and tell people to DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. AGAIN I will be here EVERYDAY until I get my money back.

Never talked to anyone and the package did not arrive by the due date, so I just canceled the order through my credit card company....still have not seen the package a month later.
