Still haven’t received a tracking number after 2 weeks

I order from this website 2 weeks ago.. still havent received a tracking number or any updated information. Ive reached out twice the first time they said I would receive tracking information in 24-48 hours.. I week has passed still no tracking.. I emailed them yesterday and got a response saying my order was shipped and I would receive a tracking number in 12 hours.. those 12 hours has passed already and still no tracking... dont order from this place they seem like theyre scamming people out their money

As a first customer of Ebonyline , I am very disappointed. I sent two emails which were never answered. I am calling about the status of my order. I even called several times and cannot get through to anyone. I purchased a product and it has been 6 days with no update info on my order. This is very upsetting. Don’t know if I’ll shop here anymore!

Terrible Customer Service/ Items incorrectly shipped

The absolute WORST customer service imaginable. Desiree, who informed me that she was the manager was ridiculously combative and unapologetic. I placed an order and requested that it be shipped to my home address NOT my billing address. She literally called me a liar. I have emailed proof that this was requested several times and proof that I called several times before the order was shipped as well but was ignored. They were very quick to send emails in regards to payment though. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I will never receive my merchandise and they could care less.

Horrible Customer Service - Purchase Elsewhere

Terribly unprofessional customer service and not worth the hassle. Shop elsewhwre if products are available there. I recently purchased some products on their site, and with more than a week and a half before a scheduled hair appointment I thought I had plenty of time for my items to arrive via standard shipping. Initially when I received my tracking info, the estimated delivery date was Jan 14, but when I refreshed FedEx details that day it was updated to an entire week later (arriving on Jan 21, well after my appt). However, given that this order was being delivered via FedEX sure post (wherein FedEx hands over the package for final delivery by USPS), I was unable to get accurate whereabouts for my package during the transition between carriers. I waited and the tracking information eventually updated via FedEx to a closer date, but given the confusion of arrival and package location (and that USPS doesn’t have live operators to speak to), I contacted FedEx again but they told me all the info they had on hand was an estimate, and that the shipper would have the best opportunity to reach out to USPS directly for more info for final delivery. That’s where the inappropriate response to customer service came in. I gave their line a call and the initial representative was completely misinformed about their delivery methods, not understanding that FedEx Sure Post is a partnership on delivery with USPS, and just told me I was wrong and that FedEx would be delivering my package directly. Eventually, I was transferred to her manager for additional details. Immediately the manager was defensive, taking a dismissive and inappropriate tone with me, and refused to reach out to USPS for more information. I was not asking for a faster delivery, just an understanding of where my package might be given the ambiguity of the handoff between FedEx and USPS and that my tracking number was not updating via the postal service. The woman consistently interrupted or spoke over me, saying things like, “I don’t know what you want me to tell you, I’ve already told you i can’t help you...” or “All USPS is going to tell me is what I just told you, so why would I reach out to them for you?” I consistently had to pause the conversation because she was being rude and raising her voice to an inappropriate level with me. As a customer, I know that there’s only so much control companies have with the delivery process, however being chastised or berated for simply asking for support in seeking more information is completely unacceptable. Particularly (I’ve worked in e-commerce) as there are generally avenues a shipper can take to better explore these kinds of issues directly with the carrier, that the receiver isn’t privy to. Won’t be shopping here again.

On March 10th, 2020 I had a $68.87 order that was paid for. I never got my order. I kept waiting and tried to reach someone several times. I've contacted FedEx, but they said Ebony lines has to contact them. After, 30 days Ebony lines state they can't refund me. I still haven't been able to reach anyone. I really just want my order. Due to the virus, they aren't working as usual. They still should have some way to speak to someone in these matters. I buy a lot from this company and never had issues like this. FedEx states they delivered the product to my door. However, had been watching for this order and I saw on my security camera they did deliver a package but, it was for my mother her medication. So clearly there is an issue. I need my money back or the order I paid for. For all the inconvenience I should even get something extra. I sent them several emails and just got the damn run around. Never ship order or give tracking info they will tell you they ship in 24 hours lies they never ship I ordered last Thursday it's Wednesday I email them for tracking and they cancel the order and this wasn't the first time STAY AWAY FROM THAT COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

Where is my wigs?
