Paid for wig that was out of stock and money not refunded

I ordered 2 wigs but I only received 1 wig, the other wig was out of stock, however; no money was returned for the wig that was out of stock with no future date when they would have it. I have not received even a credit.

Be warned! I wish I had read the reviews first. I placed my order 3 wks ago. They processed payment and never sent merchandise.

Unable to reach anyone for an update three weeks after I processed my order. Their service is unethical in every sense of the business. Why are they still allowed to operate in this manner. They get your money immediately and youre then at their mercy to get the product or cancel (after three weeks). Just stay away from this shady company. They must pay people to rate them. No way are they earning a rating of two, let alone three. Save yourself the agony. Go elsewhere!

I agree terrible service they say 3/8 business days for your shipment but every time I order it’s almost 10 or more days ..I’ll order from elsewhere going forward

The customer service on this website is HORRIBLE. First they didn't tell me that my item was out of stock (after I HAD to contact them after a WEEK without receiving any type shipping information or ANY contact PERIOD), then they still took forever to send out my package even after I tried to settle. They told me 24-48hrs I'll recieve my shipping information...4days later i recieved NOTHING. Still haven't recieved my refund either. Don't waste your time. -20 stars

E-mailed the company 3 times and get zero response. At least 12 attempts to reach them by phone. I received an order for somebody who lives in Minneapolis, MN...I live in GA. Completely different order. This company does not respond to anything. I am out $37. Sloppy business practices that pretty much sums it up.

I ordered crochet braids in deep indigo color and they sent it to me in color 1.I called them and the lady was like I don't know what to tell you she is like get an RMA number and ship it back. I am like hello I got a deal on the shipping now I have to pay extra money to ship it back then they issue a refund then I have to order the color again, Like who has time for this process. Also this is the second time they messed up last time it took a month and two weeks for me to receive my order so at this point I am just done with this company.

from that mistake I was unable to receive my order # because it was sent to yaho.com that does not exist however every sale, promotion etc,I receive I was told by one of the phone people that I would have to change it on my end and they would send something to my email but they must be sending it to yaho.com.so how does one know if the problem is that serious or not because most times the computer will fix the error even when I was typing the incorrect address it automatically wanted to fix it so as a result of that happening you tell me you have no record of my latest purchases, I have no proof except the credit card as a result of this unresolved issue I lost about $42.89,due to the fact that I never received the 2 wigs and had no order # from the company so they could not track it on there end once again they were suppose to send it to my email but again it must have went to yaho.com instead of yahoo.com finally after I gave your rep the date I was billed on the credit card she gave me the order # but I still need it in an email can you help resolve my issue I like the 27 piece wigs but I am afraid that this issue may create another problem I give permission for you to correct the mistake the correct carrier is yahoo.com

I've been purchasing wigs & beauty supplies from this company for over a year and I have yet to be disappointed. My orders always arrive with in three days of purchase. The customer service is awesome. I had some questions about different wigs and Patti was so patient and pleasant. She went through all the wigs explained my color and purchase options. Patti was very knowledgeable about all the wigs and also gave me advice on my color selections when purchasing wigs. I'll be a lifelong customer!

First time ordering and because the item was needed on Sunday. It was ordered 2nd day air on a Thursday. If there was ANY indication that the item would not arrive until Monday, I would’ve chose another delivery method, but there was none. I wasn’t told that if you select 2nd Day air on Thursday, it will arrive the second BUSINESS day (Monday) until I requested a refund for the additional price of shipping. I am still waiting for the package which by their standards is not late. I searched the website and it took me some time to find the shipping policy that did NOT tell me what they define as 2nd Day air. When I finally found the link that housed the information, I could see that it excludes weekend delivery. It’s misleading. Have a pop-up to explain “the method of shipping you selected does not include weekend delivery when you’re at checkout. Most consumers, shop, review cart and shipping options then purchase. Never again. I’ll try to make sure others don’t have to search for this information and aren’t disappointed/don’t lose money in additional shipping cost if they choose this method on a Thursday. As I stated...this shouldn’t have been something that needed to be searched for. Thanks

If could give a negative rating I would. I tried with this place, gave them several chances but not once has it been a pleasant experience.

The 1st 2 times I ordered, I ordered and just waited. After reading reviews and suggestions, the 3 time I place notes with my order asking them to let me know if something I ordered was out of stock. They didn’t, I had to call looking for my order and that’s when they told me. I’ve had to call every time I’ve ordered to get the shipping information and ironically every time I called I was told that it was shipped that day.

Well, this last time I was more specific with my notes. I quoted their 80% shipped in 24 hours line and asked them to notify me of what I ordered was not in the 80%. I asked them to notify me if I wouldn’t receive it by Monday as I needed it no later than then and would order it somewhere else if they didn’t have it. I heard nothing.

Well, I started calling Tuesday and never got a person on the line. I called 5 times. Two days later I called from another number other than what was on the order and they answered. Summer told me that one of the items that I ordered was not in stock.

I asked if they read my notes to contact me and she said something that let me know that they hadn’t. She then placed me on a 5 minute hold. When she returned, she said that the rest of the order had been shipped that day. I specifically asked if it had been shipped and was en route or if a label had just been created.

She replied that it was en route and would arrive Saturday. She said she would send me the tracking number shortly. I asked her twice to clarify and she said it would be here Saturday. When I didn’t get the tracking number I called back.

I called 3 time from my number that was attached to the order and couldn’t get a person on the line. I called back from another number and someone immediately answered. I was told that my package would arrive Tuesday, not Saturday as I was told the day before. The person on the phone hung up on me after I told her it was unacceptable that they wanted me to send it back if I don’t want it and I’d have to pay the shipping fees then wait on my money back.

I was given the same typical response as given in most of the replies here about their shipping terms.

But what they fail to understand is that they tell you to put it in notes. I did that. Very specific notes and was not notified. Not only was I not notified, Summer flat out lied.

When I received the tracking number, I found out that the shipping label wasn’t even created until 9 at night after I had spoken to her so it had not been shipped and could have been cancelled before shipping took place. This is a scam to keep your money as long as they can until they find their next sucker to make a purchase.

Don’t be that sucker!!!!

The person or computer generated response whose name is Desiree was extremely rude, unhelpful, disrespectful and threatening towards me. I admit I sent a barrage of frustrated questions and suggestions on how to resolve the issue I was having but it was mostly due form confusion as to why they accepted a large payment from me for a product that was not listed as unavailable on their website but unavailable after my payment transaction the next day. "Desiree" kept repeating the same message of the product being delayed and asking the same questions of whether I wanted to cancel the order and how I wished to proceed over and over and over again. Ignoring the emails I sent to her asking questions to understand what was happening and even threw in a couple of suggestions to try to solve the matter quickly, she completely ignored all my emails. This resulted in me capitalizing each word, slowly and carefully for her to understand what I was saying and immediately after I did this she got upset and abruptly terminated the emails. Then after repeatedly sending emails after this asking for someone to acknowledge me and help solve the issue the company caused she emailed me back threatening to terminate, cancel, delete, and retract my order and withhold the product and my payment. I've never in my life had a company treat me with such disrespect and low regard as if I was a criminal over a matter or problem they caused towards me as a customer. If anyone with higher authority reads this please handle this individual and the company in general in this department on how to interact with customers. Obviously due to the disregard and disrespect and dangerous behavior I received from this employee your business will plummet and lose customers on a daily basis.
