Still waiting for updated shipping info.!

I placed an order on March 18th. It is now March 24th, and I have yet to see that my order has been shipped. The status is saying that it is PROCESSING, but it doesn't take almost a week for an order to be processed. I will be contacting the company today in hopes that I will not get a voicemail. I spent $93 and for that type of money, I want the best service possible. My hope at the least is that I can cancel the order and get my money back in an expedited time frame. This is ridiculous!!!

Where do I start. I ordered 2 wigs 12/8/15 thinking I would have them for Christmas and New Years. Not the case. I called on 12/20 to find out that 1 of the items was not in stock. The customer service rep told me that Ebonyline had 7-10 days to ship after you place your order. She was unapologetic that I didn't know this. I asked if they sent any notification and she said I. I finally got the wigs on January 8th. As soon as I opened up obs if the wigs I noticed the edge of 1 side was fuzzy and the package was open. When I took the wig out if looked like someone had stored the wig wrong as the hair in the top was molded like a rooster which was not the way the hair was supposed to lay. I have seen the wig multiple times and it never looked like the one I received. I called and talked to a rude customer rep. I initially asked if I could do an exchange. The rude agent told me no because I might get a 2nd wig that looked the same. I explained that I've seen the wig and it was nothing like what I've received. The rep didn't care. She said the best she could do was credit a restocking fee but I'm responsible for return shipping. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told no at first then that I could call back. She then said the supervisor wasn't gonna do nothing different. I asked to have the supervisor call me back and the rep reluctantly agreed and the abruptly disconnected the call. I did receive a call back hours later and folks to an even ruder supervisor who refused to offer an exchange or return shipping saying "we don't do that". I asked to escalate my issue and she said the owner would never call me back and is never in the office and that they don't offer shipping. Never was there any apology for the delay in shipping or the rudeness I explained I received from the rep or the fact that I was hung up on. I will never do business with this company again. I would caution anyone who values timely deliver and good customer service to avoid doing business with this company.

Same here. Terrible company.

Never again. I ordered a wig the wig I received was not as shown. I emailed the company they told me it was the right wig and I could return with a restocking fee and shipping. They eventually agreed to no restocking fee but wait here it comes.

I pay for shipping they refuse package and claim the wig was not sent back as new, I sprayed perfume on the wig.

This in my opinion is there way of getting your money and not taking back the return.

I work with customers all day. I always believe that as a representative of your company, you do what is best for your company and your customers (providing WIN WIN solutions for both whenever you can). This associates feels like they are paying you to shop all what I do not understand. They are very short with you when you have a question or ask for their help with your shipment; which by the way they promised you will get it in 8 business day but will still be PRE-SHIPMENT STATUS. Their excuse, we are waiting for the product from the factory.

The day I placed my order, I sent them an email, as instructed by their website, for a price match. When I didn't hear from them by the time my wigs arrived, I called, and the first two times was immediately (before I said a word) placed on hold for more than five minutes each time. I called back and the person picked up the phone and hung it up! At that point I left them a message stating that I will never do business w/ them again! This was the first and last time I will patronize them! I order wigs, at least 10-15 at a time on a bimonthly basis, and my money spends anywhere!

This was my first time ordering from your company, and it was the WORST experience. It was a week and a half before someone reached out to me because my order was on back order. When I called your establishment to change my order, your employee was rude and very unprofessional. I NEVER received a confirmation email. I finally received an email with a tracking number today (2/15/16), only to discover my order tried to be delivered on Friday (2/12/16). Had I known this information beforehand I would've made arrangements to receive my delivery.

Buyer Beware

Please read everything before purchasing any products from Ebonyline. I returned a product that was never opened once I realized the color was not the one that I wanted. I paid my own money and shipped the item back in less than 10 days. The customer service was not very helpful at all. Everything about the company is misleading. If you do decide to use them use Paypal. I only received a partial refund for a product that was never opened. Buyer beware.

Wow I should have done my research before making my purchase. The same thing just happened to me they send out the wrong color then act like its your fault. Looks like they have been getting away with it....

Stop ripping people off!!!!

It's not fair for a so-called company to mislead and advertise merchandise they know they don't have in the first place. Then when you place the order, you have to wait a lengthy time and they don't contact you, but when you contact them "Oh we don't have that item in stock" if you ask do you know when or if you all will have it back in stock?" It'still we don't know!!" Prey upon the venerability of the last minute when they know a customer will have to select something they really have not had the time to do history on the item/wig. If you get lucky and receive that item, if may not be what you expected it to be. Then you have to pay to return it, then they want to keep 20% of your money!!!! This company needs to do better or be closed down!! Also I think Ebony-line purposely purchase defective wigs at a cheap cost and pass them on to customers, knowing they are defective!!

I placed an order with ebonyline on 02/25/2016. On 02/26/2016 I received an email advising me the product had shipped. I chose ups for quicker delivery. I received my tracking number and couldn't track it. On 02/28/2016 I received an email from ups stating the order was voided. I called on the morning of 02/29/2016 and was told that void was done because there was time to ship on Friday. I called back to ask that the shipping be now changed to free since I would not be getting it quickly. I was then informed the order canceled because they were out of stock. I expressed that the story of my delivery changed from this morning and was strongly urged to cancel my order. Customer service sucks. Thanks for the horrible experience ebonyline.

They won't stop emailing me

I bought one product (some marley weave that gave me rashes and smelled like plastic) around 2 years ago, and i've tried to unsubscribe to their email since then and they STILL spam me. I don't understand how they cannot do what I ask! I get about 2 emails per day for 2 years! my spam folder is just FULL of their ***. This is by far the worst online wig company. The customer service rates a "0" on a scale from 1-10. The wig I ordered was hideous when I tried it on. I didn't complain (although I didn't want to pay another shipping fee, which was much cheaper than what they charged me) I kindly slipped it right back in its original box and mailed it back within policy stated. I was confident that there wouldn't be a problem bc I sent it back within the time frame given. Days later, I receive an email stating they will not refund or exchange and I can authorize another $7.00 shipping fee (on my card) back to me or they will dispose (are they serious right now)? NEVER NEVER EVER WILL USE THIS SITE AGAIN! I will also tell the truth to anyone that ask for my opinion about EBONYLINE.COM...close the tab! Do your research and move on! Lesson learned.

I totally agree with you. The wigs I received was not fit, big, unshapely and ugly. May use in the garden to scare off crows!

I had the same problem with them. I submitted it to my credit card company with as a dispute.

I sent them all my correspondence with them and pics of the wig that was not as described.

My company reversed the charges. Give it a try.

I am a paying customer and would like to be treated with some respect. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company for many reasons. Three being really bad customer service skills, lacking in order accuracy, and customer communication. After the process of placing and paying for my order, I waited a day for everything to process. It processed fairly quickly which was a good sign, I thought; I was wrong. When I tried to track my package using the tracking number that they had provided, the UPS message said that upon request of the shipper my package delivery had to be cancelled. I never recieved a call from ebonyonline stating that there had been a problem. So I called ebonyonline to request some information about the cancellation. To which a rude assed "customer service rep" told me nonchalantly " oh yeah we out of one of your items so we cancelled it". I'm like really so why wasn't I contacted or something, you know, no response. I said so what are we gonna do, then she said we can take that item out, ship your package and refund the money. So I'm like okay cool it's the holidays she may be overwhelmed let me give them a break. But today the same thing happened, I got the same message from UPS about the package being cancelled. So I called again and a different rep told me that she had sent the package to their shipping department, I said well may I please speak to the someone in the shipping department maybe there is something they can help. Baby this trifling *** gone tell me rudely the shipping department don't speak to customers. I'm like what? Then, let me speak to you're manager, she said I am the manager and hung up. I tried to call back and got no answer, so save yourself the trouble. Maybe some people will get lucky and recieve a better experience but I didn't. But off the strength of their inconsistency of the treatment of customers I wouldn't order from them at all. I got good mind to drive over there and kick her ***, but I'll try to keep it cute.

My review with Ebonyline was negative!!! First of all i never checked for complaints which was my fault!!! The hair i ordered online, and i received an email stating the milkyway french twist was not in stock, so i ordered the milkyway deep weave, from a representative of the company. I paid for my hair to be delivered 3 day select, because i needed the hair in a few days.. When i received the hair it was not only the wrong hair but the wrong color, i ordered 2 packs of milkyway deep weave and they sent me echo remi wet and wavy 1 pack. When i called customer service they instructed that i take a picture of the hair and send it too them, which I did. Then they sent me a return lab6 through my email.... Then when i asked about the milky way hair i previously ordered they said it was out of stock!!! So i had to order another type of hair. The hair i ordered was cheaper than the milkyway, i thought they should have paid the shipping, since they messed up my previous order, which they added the previous shipping to my order. They should have paid the shipping charges which they didn't, so i'm done with ebonyline, they are full of ***!!!!!

Why advertise wigs you know that you don't have then get your money and tell you to select some other wigs! When and if you get it, and you are not satisfied with their defective wig, you pay to return it, then they keep 20% for restock fee!! They never have what the advertise, even if you call and ask if a certain wig is in stock they still lie to you!!! I say everyone let's stop being taking advantage of by this little basement ran business! Lastly, I ordered some wigs for the holidays and they was out of stock as usually the color I wanted. So I went it some optional mixed colors, but when I received then they was just solid colors!!

I haven't had an issue w/ Ebonyline until just now and I had ordered from them several times before. I won't be ordering from them again believe that!!!! You order a product, they process your payment then send you an email 24hrs later saying the product is out if stock and you WHOLE order is on hold! Really?? Then you receive this lame ema from customer service explaining the delay. I responded back and told them it's false advertising and extremely poor customer service and definitely unacceptable to run a business this way. Then Shanice in CS had the nerve to ask "did I want to wait for my product to be back in stock or change to something similar"? Well, looks to me I was waiting anyway right b/c I have yet to have my original order fulfilled being that I did choose 2 day shipping as well, still no product after abt a week..don't insult my intelligence Ebonyline!! I told her to send me what she had in stock of my order and to refund me 100%!! I will NEVER order from them again and I'd suggest others don't either.

I ordered 2 wigs on January 10th. Just receiving an email stating my order was shipped and would be delivered tomorrow (January 19th).

I didn't receive ANY notifications until I left a comment about my order on their YOUTUBE video. I'm hoping they send me the correct units I ordered because I've read that they send wrong orders too.This was my 1st and last time ordering from them. I'm sticking to wigtypes and samsbeauty. And hair sisters I got iffy around Christmas.

I ordered 2 units from them and they only sent 1. Had to call to get refund.
