I ordered from them once, about a month ago. My wig shipped out the next day and all was good with the world. So I ordered another wig last week thinking this was a good site. Nope. A few days went by and I never received a shipping confirmation. I e-mailed them to check the status and they tell me the wig is not in stock. I have no idea why their website doesn't show what is in stock or not. I went back and forth with them every day this week trying to order a different style but they don't have anything available. I finally gave up and ordered one from another site. Now I'm paranoid about the other site being a scam lol. I have ordered things online for years and have NEVER had an issue like I have had with these people. Their customer service is just horrible. Every email reply had Dear Customer, is it really that hard to type my actual name? What a joke! I told them how much they suck and that I was never ordering from them again and they don't care. They just said they would refund my money. UGH....people please spread the word about them and put them out of business!!

They should stop advertising wigs/products they know they DON'T have currently in stock!!! Like they are greedy for money and trying to take advantage of people.

Then want you to chose something else, who's to say that item is in stock!!! I'm getting ready to go back to work after the New Year and wanted to get two new units in the same color and style I am currently wearing to work. I placed the order on the weekend, nothing posted by Tuesday morning, so I called then and the rude little bxxxx, said they didn't have them in stock.

Kept contradicting herself, they are on back order, then she says I don't know if they will be available!! Just misleading potential customers.

This just happened to me! They must have had things out of stock, and don't ever tell you.

Then just hold your money hostage until you reach out to THEM every single day. I'm never ordering from them again, sorry.

I read all of the negative reviews about this company right after I placed my order which made me very nervous. I had looked all over for this wig and was happy to not only find it in stock but at a good price.

I placed the order online and must say my experience was absolutely wonderful!!! The online process was great and user friendly. I paid for the regular delivery time and it came quickly. I even had to reach out to customer their service and the woman was very nice on the phone.

She helped me find the tracking information and it was just as she said. I will order again and recommend this company to family and friends.

This statement is so true. This JUST happened to me. I cannot believe that they don't understand the concept of letting the consumer know when something is NOT in stock. The little chicky girl handling the customer service is the worse. It is really such a shame because I have ordered from them before and have never had a problem with my order or the hair. I'm sitting here with a client with half of her hair done and they don't give a *** that they didn't contact me before hand with a simple email letting me know my order was on back order. So unprofessional and incredibly sad.

BAD CONSUMER SERVICE

Called trying to find out some information and the girl was really rude. That's not how you do business and this is the last time I will ever order anything else from them. To future consumers please be ware they have very bad consumer service. I usually just go to the hair store where I live but I was trying something new. I even checked my online account with ebonyline.com and it said I didn't have any orders but I paid thru paypal still it should say I order items from them. THEY ARE VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL. FUTURE CONSUMERS BEWARE.

When I originally ordered the product I had it shipped to my work. They never sent it because it was a different address. They sent me an email that I didn't see for 5 days saying I needed to send my social security card and a picture ID via fax to them. In this day of so much fraud who does that. So I went through PayPal it's been 12 days from my payment through Paypal and I still do not have my product. It has been almost 3 weeks since I originally ordered the product I will never ever do business with this place again they are horrible.

Bad company ...

I am writing the better business bureau about this fraudulent company. They advertise wigs that they do not have in stock mean while taking your hard earned cash immediately. You don't even have a clue until weeks go by with no product. then when your finally get a human to report it to they become unavailable all trough out the working day. never returning call backs because there to busy stealing and spending your money. The one i ordered from is located at 5641 W. Howard street in Niles IL 60714. Now i find out there is another one in CA. This is a franchise of CROOKS. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDER FROM REPEATABLY COMPANIES.

My first time ordering them, i got very impatient. The week after the day I ordered they sent me an email (very professional of them in my opinion) saying my wig wasn't in stock. They should've at least said the color wasn't in stock on their website. i cancelled my order. The next two days I ordered from them again, and the next day I got an email with my shipping information and everything. I sent a thank you email with some constructive criticism saying they need to update their website (you can tell they don't update the whole website because it says 2000-****) and tell people whats not in stock but I do see they're improving slowly. I ordered a not so popular wig plus I made sure to choose a color for the second choice so I have a good chance of getting the wig I want (I got my first color). Do research on YouTube. If the wig is popular, its gonna be hard to get your hands on that wig from this website. If its a popular wig, I suggest you buy it from a different website because it takes a long time for Ebonyline to get more from the manufacturer. (the reason I cancelled my first order, I wanted to get my wig before school starts which is in two weeks) Make sure you have a plan B wig (another wig that you want) if the first one is not in stock. I wouldn't buy two wigs in one order because if one of the wigs is not in stock, you're gonna be waiting for the second wig until they can give you the other wig, weave, etc that you want. You can tell whats popular and whats not on their website by looking to the right of the product. it would say "customers who have bought this product also purchased" if you see four or more products under that section, most like its not gonna be in stock. 2 products or under, you have a good chance of getting what you desire. This is just what i observed. i have emailed them before, they reply within a few hours. Never had a problem with the way they reply to me. I have never called them so I can't say much about that because I did read that the people had a nasty attitude, etc. Be patient with them, some people get their package different times but mostly within 2 weeks. I always emailed them and asked when they were gonna ship out my package, is it in stock, etc. I would email them first and ask if something is in stock before purchasing, just to be safe. Hope this helps! This was my first two times dealing with them. :) im not sure if I would purchase from them again. I plan on getting a full lace virgin human hair wig soon. For now, i'll stick with my lace front wig. I know how to make synthetic hair last for months!

by the way, they do refund your money within 2-7 BUSINESS days if you decide to cancel your order. They do not work on Saturdays and Sundays.

I almost gave up them but I decided to give them another try.

Trust me, I'm VERY impatient when it comes to my orders! I know how it feels to not get your hair that you spent your hard money on within a week!

I placed an order on EbonyLine.com today for an item that was supposedly in stock. After reading other reviews, I called to make sure my item was in fact there to be shipped out. When I called, I told her that I had already ordered and that I wanted to make sure that it was there. She asked me the name of the item and I told her. She said that she was out of stock so I politely asked for a refund. After this she asked me for an order number and I gave it to her. She then told me that it was "being reserved for me". So I asked how long until the item would be in. She then got angry and offensive and told me that I should've given her my order number to begin with and that the item is being held. She said all of this plus more in a very rude and condescending manner. I will NEVER order from this company again!

I ordered a wig from them and immediately received an email notifying me that they had received my order. After charging my credit card, a few days passed and I still had not heard anything about my order, I decided to give them a call. The rep. told me that they are still waiting to receive my order from the manufacturer despite them stating on their site that the item was in stock when i placed my order. Soooo deceptive, I expected to have my order in a few days, like similar sites I've used in the past, now i'm looking at weeks. NEVER AGAIN!

I agree this is my first time ordering from them, the exact same thing is happening with my order, I they had in stock on website, and once charged the lady on phone said out of stock. Iam glad I paid with paypal.

I am going back to my favorite website.
