So Pleased
I read all of the negative reviews about this company right after I placed my order which made me very nervous. I had looked all over for this wig and was happy to not only find it in stock but at a good price.
I placed the order online and must say my experience was absolutely wonderful!!! The online process was great and user friendly. I paid for the regular delivery time and it came quickly. I even had to reach out to customer their service and the woman was very nice on the phone.
She helped me find the tracking information and it was just as she said. I will order again and recommend this company to family and friends.

Preferred solution: I received a refund, however I would have liked to hear them apologize about their lack of communication/poor customer service. I would have like to receive my order.

They should stop advertising wigs/products they know they DON'T have currently in stock!!! Like they are greedy for money and trying to take advantage of people.
Then want you to chose something else, who's to say that item is in stock!!! I'm getting ready to go back to work after the New Year and wanted to get two new units in the same color and style I am currently wearing to work. I placed the order on the weekend, nothing posted by Tuesday morning, so I called then and the rude little bxxxx, said they didn't have them in stock.
Kept contradicting herself, they are on back order, then she says I don't know if they will be available!! Just misleading potential customers.
This just happened to me! They must have had things out of stock, and don't ever tell you.
Then just hold your money hostage until you reach out to THEM every single day. I'm never ordering from them again, sorry.
