Ebonyline - Did not receive merchandise or refund
Save yourself some trouble and don't order from Ebonyline. Try another vendor.
Their customer service is terrible. I ordered a wig two weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I've emailed them three times and was told twice that it would be shipped "soon". The third email I received no response.
At this point I am done doing business with this company. I requested a refund if they are unable to send the item to me and got no response which leads me to my next step, which is to contact The Better Business Bureau. I say all this to try to spare you this headache. Having worked in customer services for years, I feel the paying customer should be aware of the business practices of the businesses they seek.
There are other websites that are much more deserving of your business.
If not, proceed with caution. You've been warned.
