First Ebony offered free shipping, then they shipped the item with short postage. I had to go to the post office and pick up the item and pay for short postage.

If I knew it was like that I would have gone to the store rather than order online. The item that came did not look brand new. Contacted immediately for a refund. I returned the item, then they decide to deduct restocking fee for an item that was return in all it's original packaging plus shipping when I paid to have the item shipped back.

Customer service is very poor.

There are many stores that offer better deals and way better return service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $27.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Similar experience. I ordered a wig no where near what pic online showed was allowed to send back and waive the restocking fee.

I did the same as you sent back immediately. I tracked the package and discovered they refused. I finally was able to talk to someone and they claim they refused it because it was worn and smelled like perfume. I returned in same box and packaging could not have done anything differently.

It comes down to your word against theirs. TERRIBLE COMPANY
