Reordered wig that I had ordered twice in the past.when it arrived the hair on top was so thick it would not lay down, the bangs were super thin, and the cap was so small it would not fit my head.

I contacted customer service to see if they would at least give me a discount on a replacement and they offered me $7.00 dollars off my next order. The wig that I had purchased and can not use cost $30.00. Needless to say they have lost a repeat customer because I will never order anything else from Ebonyline.

They do not care about customer satisfaction.Order at your own risk.
