In late August I ordered several wigs from this website. Three days after I placed my order, I did not have any shipping information. I tried to get my items shipped for two weeks! First they said the "majority" of my items were not in house and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. They tell me this would take 5-7 days and that they would ship it out immediately when received. 8 days later, still no update. I call and was told one of my wigs was completely sold out from the manufacturer and could take weeks or months to be in stock. I opted to choose another color wig that was in stock and was told the items would be shipped that day. I was to receive an email with tracking number. It was not shipped. I emailed them the next day to inquire about shipping and they had no response and said it would be shipped that day. It was not. I emailed again inquiring about skipping and got a response saying that I provided an incorrect/bad address and they would cancel my order in 7 days if I didn't provide the right address. I have used this address in the past with no issue. I honestly don't believe they had any of the items. I asked them for a full refund since I have been going back and forth with them for 2 weeks and they did not ship my items. Luckily I got my full refund.

*While going back and forth with the company and reading so many reviews that were so similar to mine, I contacted Paypal to file a dispute. PayPal gave them a deadline to deliver my wigs, or they would take my refund out of their account and flag them for shady business practices. I got my full refund from the company, so PayPal did not have to force them to refund.

ALWAYS use PayPal when ordering online - if you can. I have never used Ebonyline before and I never will. They will waste your time and give you the run around. They refused to give me the contact information of the owner, so I can file an official complaint. Please DO NOT spend your money on EBONYLINE company. They have very bad ratings with the Better Business Bureau 1.78 out of 5. *

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Do legitimate business or close down.

Ebonyline Pros: Prices.

Ebonyline Cons: No updates on delayed orders, Taking advantage of customers, Company not notifying customer to say item not available, Very poor customer service.

Just filed a dispute with Paypal about two wigs I returned on October 11, 2016. Tracked package and they received it back on October 17, 2016.

Have been back and forth with them about refund, but they will not rectify the situation. Very bad customer service. I agree, don't order from them.

Wish I would have known. The wigs were in horrible shape.
