Didn't mean to give them 2 stars my phone won't click on the 1 star. They don't even deserve a star.Terrible place to order from.. They never respond. They never refund.. I ordered May 10th 2020 just got my order today missing 2pks of weave. Never refunded. I ordered again May 20th because I needed weave for memorial day, and the other order was taking to long.. I paid 52 for next day air delivery, thinking it would be different.. And I waited 8 days for that package. Didn't receive a refund instead they sent it next day air 8 days later smh.. I have lost a total of 110$ dealing with them. And because they won't respond to email, text, or phone I'm screwed I guess. Don't not waste your time.. I wish I searched here, instead of listening to the reviews on there website. Now I know they filter their reviews. I made 2 truthfully reviews that never were published on their site.. You only see positive reviews.. I'm beyond pissed.. Hopefully the beauty supply stores over here will open before fourth of july.. I'm tired of gambling on sites. Last thing the weave and ponytail I didn't receive was so cheap I hate.. Looks like I got this *** from the dollar store.. Waste of time and money..

We are so sorry for the inconvenience. For order# 1073485, the 2 missing items were removed due to OUT OF STOCK so we removed the amount for those 2 units from your total payment amount which reduced your total amount from $63.11 to $41.21.

For order# 1083106, we refunded $30 for late delivery via Paypal and you should have seen it right away because it was refunded yesterday, 6/9/2020. We can assure you that we are back to normal processing speed and time for you to receive your order in time.

Order issues

I don't know why my order was returned I lost about $100 because of this and no one wanted to help me...one rep said they have no way of knowing and another rep said the refund was correct because not their problem Needless to say I won't be shopping via ebonyline any longer You lost a very loyal customer.

I paid for a priority shipping method but they shipped it through an alternate carrier and I will not receive the unit for another week+. I contacted customer service to ask what happened and to ask for them to send me the difference of SHIPPING costs for the method Im actually receiving but was met with such rudeness from customer service agent Daejonna. Ive actually never had such a terrible experience with a hair vendor and would have been better off ordering somewhere else. Be careful! You never know who you are maltreating. I will NEVER order from ebonyline again. Not worth it.

Price reduction

I was sent wrong color weave. Two different colors hair is not like my first order,I think I will be sending it back.

First of all when I ordered their product on sept 1st I paid for priority mail, my order just arrived today!! Sept. 14, 2021. Then I find out it was not what I ordered, 3 pks of weave hair,2 different colors, that has the same color on label, but are not the same big difference!! Not even the same texture.

Its been 8 day nothing can't get ahold of them this is a scam a wish like *** i could give the a zero don't buy you will loose your money

Purchased a unit, receive a different one. Looked nothing like what I saw on their website. Contacted them and returned it. They refused to return my money stating item was not returnable. Although I never used the item. I will never use them againDo not purcahse them..

Pissed off

I tried to order 3 wigs from website. When I tried to pay for the item, the website said error payment not processed. I tried once more to pay but received same error message. So I gave up. Next day I checked my bank. I was charged, so I went back on site to see receipt or order #. But nothing. Site said the items were still in cart. Tried calling disconnected. Tried email nothing site down. Finally did live chat, got someone. Person said order did not exist, but I was charged. So I decided to handle this through my bank. When bank reversed charges. Ebonyline still tried to charge my account 3 more times. Shady to say the least. Plus no customer service.

Trying to return wig but receiving no response from ebonylone

I received a wig from Ebonyline 2 weeks ago, tomorrow. Unsatisfied with unit after seeing color. They have a return within 7 day policy and I've emailed and requested my RMA# as they ask you to do. NO RESPONSE!!!!!! Does someone have a way for me to get this returned and/or get my money back. Huge scam and I'm pissed since I have a brand new unwearable wig and it's like they are avoiding my requests to return to them? Thank you.

FedEx said they delivered the package and left it outside the apartment building instead of bringing it inside to the apartment my apartment manager check the cameras and there was no package I call Ebonyline they were going to investigate and get back with me I haven't heard from them
