Recently ordered with Ebonyline and they were more than accommodating, great customer service with very prompt responses without the headache. Desiree did a fantastic job in ensuring my order was correctly placed and modified. First time purchasing with this company and I will definitely become a regular. UPS has been trying to contact them now for two weeks and I also have too. I didn't receive my product and UPS told maybe they sent them several emails letting them know I didn't receive my product so that they can send me out the things I didn't receive are either give me a refund. I left 37 messages 42 emails and still nothing. I have called the phone number numerous times and still haven't received a call back nor do they pick up the phone. Ebony hair line give me my product because you took my money or either give me a refund. 717097 is my order #...Give me my *** and stop stealing you thieving bastards

It's been 8 days since i placed my order. I sent an email and was first told 24 to 48 hrs. After 48 hours passed i sent another email and was told 12 to 24 hours. It's Friday. Aren't you closed on the weekend. I'm so disappointed.
