Problem with charge card

Every time I try to purchase my wigs through PayPal it would take it off my card but it wouldn't take it through PayPal and the wigs were still in my cart. Then the money went back on my card after 20 minutes but I tried it again and it did it again. So now the money is off my card it didn't go through my PayPal and my orders are still in the cart. Every time after the transaction it'll say PayPal token error or something and I don't know what that means

From what I am to understand is that I disputed this charge 4 years ago.I always keep my emails and I was able to go back and find my receipts for the items I purchased. I will attach the receipts. On August 1st I purchased some other items and was emailed back that I can not order from ebonyline because of the charge in Dec 19th 2019.

Have contacted several times to cancel order before shipment via email & phone. Company still hasnt issued refund nor have acknowledged nor issued my emails. Still hasnt issued my refund.

Never received products. They never answered the phone. The chat could not be bothered. I will NEVER deal with this company. I think they never answered the phone because they dont plan to refund your money.

They keep letting customers order when the units aren't available! If it is out of stock I shouldn't have been able to order!! They didn't let me know about it either they just deleted it from my order. I had to chat to find out what happened.

This isn't the color I ordered it should be a little more blonde this looks a strawberry blonde, the picture tag is blonde , the wig is darker,!

I will never order from this company again, I placed my order on 6/20 for same day processing, mean it would ship that day if you order before 4pm. I order at 9am on the 20th, and today is the 28th and they just shipped my order out today.

I forgot the wig I ordered.

I purchased a wig from your company and havent received it. Helen Harper-Wilson it was charged to my credit card Helen Harper and was supposed to be sent to my home address 597 Jones hill road West Haven CT 06516 outre premium duby wig color 1B DR40 ..
