The purchases show on my account but the customer service rep stated she could not apply the $86.00 purchase because I signed in to check out after selecting my wigs. But the purchases show on my personal account with ebonyline. This is robbery and unfair for the consumer.

I have spent over $200 in the past 6 months but was told by Deseree that I could not have credit for 2 orders that total approx. $90 (even though it is showing on my own account under my orders) She says it was because I signed in at check out and I should have signed in before checking out.

This is robbery and she was so short and rude to me. Not consumer friendly and very mean and evil with patience. I have the orders on MY account. She would not listen and just went silent on me.

I can't believe this. I had been using them for years.

Spent over $500 in the past 8 months. No more.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $86.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Ebonyline Cons: Unable to use points that i have earned by purchasing, How i was treated by customer service.
